Keith Thompson started Facilityscope in 2008 to provide services to the Facilities / Maintenance fields. Keith is an industry veteran and is also a past President of SAFMA as well as serving on the ICMEESA committee for a number of years.
Facilityscope has been successful as a focussed consultancy by providing project management services in the Elec, Mech, IT Infrastructure & Space planning fields for numerous building upgrade projects during the last decade in SSA & MENA.
At the same time I have been able to install and support CMMS systems for a diverse set of clients in Africa & SA. Building Audits of facility services with comprehensive reporting have also been provided to clients over a number of years.
This mixture of projects, CMMS applications plus building condition audits; has provided me with a unique perspective on managing a wide variety of facilities.

Condition audit includes IR check of electrical boards, LT room, transformer, for hot connections and safety issues.

Maintenance docs such as: SLA contracts, annual plant services, Helpdesk reporting, are analysed.
Audit report is presented with detailed comments and all substantiating documents.
